New Favorite Picture!

So, I think this is my new favorite picture! This morning when we all came downstairs my sweet girl was ready to open gifts but we told her to open her stocking first. So here she sits reaching into her stocking, surrounded by unopened gifts. She stuck her hand in the stocking and pulled out just one dum-dum and this is the unspeakable joy that we saw on her face!
The simple gifts are the best! She probably didn't need or want another thing! We had a wonderful peaceful day full of simple joys, family time, and quiet reflection of the risen Lord. Merry Christmas!
